Pulled Me Out of a Styling Slump
I've got kind of a pageboy/mushroom type haircut and lately styling it with a regular hairdryer and round brush is just not doing it for me, just leaving the top of my hair too flat. I tried some cheaper round and oval brush dryers from conair/revlon and found they were very hot and left my hair wit...

Best tool ever!
As some one with thick hair and a slight curl in the back of my head that is a nuisance, this tool is amazing! Helps me achieve a smooth frizz free blow out in mins!
Not worth the money....
I wanted to love this so bad but it really fell flat for me and for nearly $300 that is just not acceptable. Strongly considering returning it. the ONE good thing about it is the diffuser which may be the only reason I keep it. The bowl is BIG and deep which is amazing for my long curly hair. No hair flying out the sides and no hair getting sucked up the fan in the back and I love how my curls turn out. But that's about where it ends for me. There are only three heat settings plus the cold shot. The cold shot is NOT cold enough, its more or less the same as the coolest heat setting. The hottest setting is too hot for me and the medium is not quite hot enough which is frustrating. The pause function is cool but gimicky; its not that much easier than just turning it off and on again. Now for the attachments.... Smoother/straightener - useless for me. The way it is design is so bizarre, you can't open it so you just have to shove your hair through and it did not straighten my hair one bit since the plates are not pressing together. The detangler attachment did a better job at straightening than this thing. Detangler - fine I guess but sharp and painful on the scalp, did an okay job of smoothing out my hair for further styling. Round brush - RIPPED my hair to shreds. The plastic is quite cheap and I could not roll it all the way up and then unravel it. My hair got soooo stuckl. I was only able to pull the whole thing through which for my long hair was not much better than a straightener with a little flip at the ends. It also blows your hair everywhere so it was really hard to get it down to my roots without it picking up extra hair from others sections and creating a ton of flyaways. **free curler attachments - eh, they were okay I guess, but again the air was too strong and led to a lot of flyaways. Overall I am giving this three starts because I do really love the diffuser and I do think some of it is user error that will just take time and practice to really figure out. That being said, for the money I did expect it to be a bit more user friendly and for certain elements to be better. The cold shot not being cold enough being a good example. It's something so simple that would have made it feel high end. I consider this average at a high end price which is not worth it to me.
Loud
I loved the idea of this with all of the attachments, but I only used the diffuser. The reason being that it was so loud while I was using it that I was genuinely worried about hearing damage. Will be returning.
I love it, great economical choice over Dyson or Shark
I have owned both the Dyson air wrap and the shark and ended up returning them both because for the money I just did not find them worth it. I love this item and I got it on sale so the value is tremendous.
Great blow dryer
Great heat and power but the attachments are a bit too big to really get in my roots. I had to use other tools to get my roots straight
