- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Actually, really good. I really love the lights.
Never received - Ulta claims it's on me
The tracking claimed this was delivered and provided a picture - which is great. Except the package was not there when i got home. I reached out to ulta and they told me as a part of their "risk and loss policy", once it shows it is delivered it's no longer their responsibility. Partially understandable EXCEPT requesting a signature for the package wasnt listed as an option. I had no way of keeping this package "safe" as it was obviously taken from my porch (it was left in clear view from the street for anyone to take) and i wasnt able to be home all day to get a package. Ulta needs to take more responsibility for their shipping if they wont offer the option for customers to sign for packages. This wasnt a cheap product and ulta handled this situation very poorly.
Not recommended
After a month, I don't see any difference, but... maybe I should use it longer. The bigger problem- battery; one charge only lasts for 15 minutes of use. It's annoying when it turns off during use.
Worth it!
It may be pricey, but it's so worth it especially if you can commit to being consistent with it! I'm already seeing results at just 4 weeks.
