- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Game changer
I didn't think much of it at first, but I've been using this man consistently for months on end and my skin is brand new. No longer oily, no more acne scars, barely any wrinkles. I recently visited family who haven't seen me in a while and literally everyone commented on how good my skin looks. Took me a while to think back to this mask, but I'm pretty sure this is what made such a significant difference.
Don't believe the negative Tik Tok reviews
Before buying this mask, I was super skeptical because of the negative reviews I saw on Tik Tok and in the review section here on the product page...I think a lot of these negative comments are so dramatic though. FAN NOISE: I've seen a lot of people say that the fan that turns on when you use the under eye cooling pads is so loud that you can't watch TV or do anything. I don't find this to be the case at all. It's more like white noise. It's not so loud that you can't talk to someone or watch TV or listen to a podcast. BATTERY LIFE: I've also read a lot of comments about the short battery life. I have a feeling people aren't fully charging the battery before using the mask. I'm on my 4th use from 1 charge. The directions say to let the mask charge for 3 hours to get a full battery life--so I let my mask charge when I'm doing chores or wfh or whenever I don't need it so next time I use it, I know it'll be charged and ready to go. WEIGHT OF THE MASK: This is one comment I saw a lot of that is sadly true. The mask is pretty heavy. When I use it, I adjust the straps so it's as loose as it can be and not tugging at my skin when I put it on. I do prop it up with my hand when I'm using it so it doesn't pull down on my under eye area. Definitely not ideal. EYE PADS: I've seen mixed reviews about the eye pads. I personally love them. They get super cold and help a bit with depuffing my under eyes. I will say, maybe it's the shape of my face, but the red light definitely reaches the corners of my eyes. I've seen negative comments about how the pads get in the way of the red light reaching your under eyes, which true, it doesn't reach directly under my eyes, but my crows feet are a concern and I think it reaches there. Overall, I love this mask. I would recommend it but also understand everyone's skin, facial structure, etc is different--this mask may not be for everyone.
The best on the market
I love this mask. It was the best $350 spent. I have been using consistenly and see results. My skin is glowing and more even tone.

Actually, really good. I really love the lights.
Not recommended
After a month, I don't see any difference, but... maybe I should use it longer. The bigger problem- battery; one charge only lasts for 15 minutes of use. It's annoying when it turns off during use.
