I watched a lot of videos and read a lot of reviews and decided this is the one for me. Well i do not innerstand what is going on with this product. First use it took a few minutes to get the hang of it then I finally got it and made lovely curls all the way around. Ws so happy with the results. I was about to do one last curl and noticed it had turned off. I figured maybe it was the timer because I had been using it about an hour. No big deal my hair looked great. The next day I went to do a few touchups and it would not turn on. No matter what outlet I used. Nothing. So I called and asked ulta to send me another one. Today I opened the box, plugged it in and nothing. I checked the outlet, worked for my other iron, tried a different outlet nothing. I called conair, they are sending me a 3rd one. If this one does not work then there is definitely something wrong with this product. What are the chances that 2 in a row do not work?
Easy and Beautiful Waves/Curls
I love this curler soo much! It takes some getting used to, but once you do, this product is life-changing!! I love all of the settings included. I highly recommend. Money well spent!
