if i could give zero!
i have course hair so i need my straight iron to be on a high temperature bad idea. i've burned myself so many times that its crazy. i cant even return it. i recommend the Babyliss nano titanium ultra flat iron. if your in need of an iron thats what i should have stuck with. i wish ulta would would do a exchange with that one.

Love this flat iron! Makes my hair look sleek and shiny! I don't have to do multiple passes. Beautiful design, it looks high quality. Haven't had it long so I can't speak to longevity. Best flat iron I had used so far!

I was looking for a flat iron that I could use safely after a workout. My hair stylist uses this on my hair so I decided to purchase one for at home use. This styling iron made my 4c hair straight with a single pass and last without swelling for days. I absolutely love my hair. So much less maintenance.
Waste of money
Don't waste your money. I bought this flat iron less than a year ago, and it stopped working. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product.
