Tried and true!
This is the holygrail of straighteners for the girls with the curly coarse type locks. I have tried many hair tools and tricks and this is the absolute best. Super sleek results for days!
Hurts my hand
As far as straightening your hair, it does the job. However, the tool itself is soo thick that my hand always hurts from holding it. Wouldn't recommend because of this. Way too bulky

Review Correction
This is an amended review for the fkat iron. I also apologize to BabylissPRO. I unitially wrote that the new iron did not work, and i couldn't contact BabylissPRO. I did a little more research (and actually read the info) to find what I needed. BabylissPRO honored the warranty and replaced the iron. The iron is great. Straightens and gives my hair shine. Yes to this iron and BabylissPRO.
