Love the aesthetic but there is some serious design flaw with the clamp, spring and the outside rose gold part. The clamp is way too strong and somehow my hair gets stuck by the spring inside/the rose gold part on the outside. This curler constantly tears out single strands or even worse I've had to...

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I love this iron. It creates beautiful curls. I got the 1 1/2 inch to create big body curls. Technique is key! Not too much product on the hair, and not too much heat (depends on your hair type). I put mine on level 5 and that is perfect.
Peeling barrel after 2 months use, poor customer service

Was so excited for my new curler. It actually works very well but sadly the paint on the barrel and the gold rim started peeling after less than 2 months of use. I did take good care of it and only used it 1-2x a week and the lower heat setting. I contacted them for my product warranty and it took them over three weeks for a reply and they gave me a "conditional warranty aporoval" but wanted me to cut the cord on my defected curler and send in pictures of proof with a hand written note of the date and visible serial number (which mind you is TINY). I don't understand why as a company, if a customer happened to get a faulty/defected item that started peeling after light use for 2 months they wouldn't honor the warranty graciously (send me a new one and ask me to send in my old one at least so I can use the curler while I wait for my new curler?). Other companies have done this for me for faulty items in the past. Plus they couldn't guarantee the same exact model or color which was doubly disappointing. Overall very poor experience with their customer service. I sent an email relaying my disappointment and they didn't even bother to respond. Needless to say I hope this helps anyone and saves time and disappointment for anyone who was thinking of investing in any of their products.

Great product and beautiful pink color. The long barrel is a game changer and curls last al day on long coarse hair. Single pass cuts down on styling time.
Barely curls

I've had hot tools ceramic curling iron for years & wanted to try this highly talked about brand & long barrel for my long hair. This barely curls my hair! It falls flat by the end of the day. I've never experienced this & didn't think it's possible

This was a huge disappointment and a big waste of money. Several times, my hair got painfully caught in the spring of the clamp and I literally had to CUT my hair in order to free it. It was awful! I've been curling my hair for over 30 years and I've NEVER had this happen. Additionally, even with heat protectant spray and turning the temperature down very low, this iron made my hair smell burnt, and the only way to remove the terrible odor was to rewash. This is the worst tool I've ever purchased. Very disappointed and definitely do not recommend.
