First one to not disappoint me!
I normally don't write reviews because I'm too busy, I forget to, or whatever... However, this thing deserves a 5 star from me. Thought about getting this for a long time and finally took the plunge. I have long hair鈥lmost waist-length. Using this gives me smooth straight hair鈥ffortlessly! My only complaint is it also seems to pull out my hair鈥here are always a few I have to take out of the grooves. I don't use it daily, so it isn't really a big problem鈥ut maybe it's my hair!

This is the first product I absolutely do not like. I think the comb is too small for someone who has long hair. I also tried to turn off and it wouldn't turn off. I had to unplug it so it would turn off. Definitely some kind of electrical issue.
