I am currently wearing N12, but it is slightly too light. Chat GPt said to go to N18. I feel I have some redness in my skin. Would N 18 be a good next step. I do not like yellow tones at all. Please let me know as soon as possible. I am out of foundation. Thanks

If the MAC Studio Radiance Serum-Powered Foundation in N12 is only slightly too light, N18 would be the next shade deeper and is a great step to try for a closer match. Since you mentioned redness and that you prefer to avoid yellow tones, you may also like prepping the skin with MAC Studio Fix 24HR Color Corrector in shade "Mint". I am obsessed with the finish of this foundation. It blends seamlessly into the skin and provides the perfect amount of coverage without feeling heavy. It stayed in place all day long, even through a busy schedule. Definitely a 10/10 for me!

I was looking for a good high end foundation, I've tried many and all failed. But this!!! This exceeded my expectations!!!! It's so light weight, and dewy with being greasy. My skin felt and looked great after 8 hours of wear. I will continue wearing this for many years!!!
BEST Foundation Ever!
I have tried various foundations over the years from high end to drugstore and this one beats them all by miles. First, I am in my 60's, dry light skin with pink/peach undertones. This foundation adds moisture without being sticky or remaining oily. It has sort of a lifting and bouncy feel to it. Very comfortable to wear which is always the deal breaker for me as most foundations are very drying, aging and worst, I want to wash off immediately, but not this beautiful MAC foundation. It has a dewy finish but moreover it looks very natural, healthy even, with medium coverage. I use N12 or NW13 as they look virtually the same on me (may depend on batch). I gave a sample to my daughter as she has similar skin to mine, including the dryness, and she LOVED it as well. This is Holy Grail status ladies, especially if you have dryer skin. MAC, please never stop making this formula.
