I gave you 15 years of my life buying the old formula. This new formula dried out my face and broke me out so bad. Why would you "fix" something that wasn't broken? You lost a lot of loyal customers with this one MAC. You should have made it a new formula and named it something else. I tried this new one to stay optimistic, but it's a no. I am usually combo skin, this sucked the oil out of me and I'm so flaky my skin hurts. I hate my skin right now. 15 years MAC!!! I feel like this is a breakup, but my skin comes first.
Please bring back the original formula
The formula change nightmare started a few months ago for me. I went to buy a new bottle of the original Studio Fix and had to get the new reformulated one. I cannot understand why Mac ruined it. It's absolutely terrible, it feels and looks like greasy, chalky sand on my face. It moves and separates all over looking terribly cakey, it transfers onto everything at the slightest touch and settles into all lines and wrinkles. It's just bad, bad, bad! I've been looking elsewhere for a new foundation and have come across a few that will work decently, but nothing like the original Studio Fix. I keep going back to Mac and trying this new formula with different skin preps only to be frustrated by the fact that nothing makes it look better, it makes my skin look awful every single time I wear it. Makeup is not supposed to be this difficult and frustrating, it's supposed to make you look good, and Mac had THE best and only foundation to do that and they decided to completely ruin it. I hope they catch on quickly and bring back the original Studio Fix.

I read reviews and watched swatches before getting this color to find my match and this was pretty orangey on me. I wear fit me matte 332 golden carmel when tan also golden carmel superstay maybelline perfect match but warm honey 322 in winter. I am currently using 332 golden Carmel and i love the undertone of it and after reviews i thought this would be close.. it says nc45 up to nc30 would match 332 but this is definitely more orange so its pretty annoying since it was my first purchase so i had 15% off that is now unusable. I have returned nc44 and will try nc42 since i saw a video with one saying it has more yellow undertone hopefully it works. The matching system here doesn't seem to be accurate for me :/

I walked into the MAC store at the Atlanta airport on a business trip. I was tired of my Laura Geller shades not being quite right and I needed a product with a lot of shades to choose from. Not only did the sales lady match me perfectly in this product but the product itself is amazing. 1.5 small squirts covers my whole face and the bottle lasts 3+months. It is smooth, light with great coverage-even my dark circles.
