Decent enough

Basic eyeliner
Tip needs to be dulled a little when using it for the first time. Typical formula nothing special but it is a nice pigment. No scent and basic/usual packaging. Really good value for your money. e.l.f.
surprisingly cute blue eyeliner!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I would never buy a blue eyeliner so I'm so glad it got sent to me! It actually looks really cute on and I wouldn't have imagined blue to look good but it's very subtle and it doesn't pop out that much since it's a dark blue the pigmentation is incredible!

The Smoky Kohl Eyeliner Smoky Kohl Eyeliner Color Smokey Signal color is a lot darker than I thought. It's really dark. It should be called black. It goes on smooth and is a typical eyeliner.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Very smooth application I didn't realize I was getting a blue color so I only wore it to test and didn't really think I would use it again at all. It is still cute and stays on for quite a while. I still think it has a good formula.
