Decent enough

Standard
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The eyeliner pencil from elf is standard. Nothing about this eyeliner is revolutionary. However, if you need a standard eyeliner pencil you should go with this one! The product is affordable and the quality is great.
Amazing product
Love the pencil easy to handle very pigmented comfortable to use long lasting and appears good does not smudge on my watery eyes I would recommend it to everyone
Smokey eye
Easy to apply with a smooth and creamy texture. It stays for a while but after a couple hours it does tend to smudge. It is very easy to blend for the Smokey eye look.
