Brown smokey eyeliner

Smooth application
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The application is smooth with this kohl eyeliner. You have to be quick to blend immediately after the application or else it dries fast other than that it's a budget friendly eyeliner. Love the shade!!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Your typical black liner, but more pigmented than other drug store brands! The color pay off is amazinggggg! Once dried, product does not move, so blend after you apply. Product is durable. Formula is lightweight and doesn't feel heavy.
