It does a job (for NYX Jumbo pencil)
I bought this to use with NYX jumbo pencil and it works very well. Some reviews said that it doesn't fit but you just need to take the outer part off before using it.

I had just recently bought this hoping it would be big enough to sharpen some of my lip pencils. The biggest hole is still to small for them.
