I've been a MAC Pro member for 25+ years and have been through 4 different eyebrow pencil designs with MAC. This one is my very LEAST favorite. The lead is entirely too thin and breaks the moment it touches my brow. And because of the constant breakage, it quite literally lasted only a fraction of the time all other brow pencils used to last. The only good thing is that the color didn't change. Please PLEASE bring back the slightly thicker lead! (And, if there's a way to know when you are almost at the end before you run out, that'd be a helpful design change too.)

I guess there is a first time for everything and this is the first time I am totally unhappy with a MAC product. I ordered this eyebrow pencil Aug. 31 and received it about 5 days later. In 3 weeks, this is gone. The tip broke off the first time I used it and this continued with each use. The formula is so dry, it is not easy to use and how hard can it be to use an eyebrow pencil? I will say the color was very natural, but I should be getting for than 3 weeks out of a product, especially one I did not even use every day. I can't believe MAC puts their name on this product. I have had longer uses out of a drug store brand.

I've purchased this product for at least 10 years now. The last several pencils have broken off every time I use them. I literally went through 2 pencils in a matter of a week. I love the color but something has changed and I would like it fixed.

MAC's eyebrow pencil has become a victim of SHRINKFLATION!!! MAC's eyebrow pencil used to last a long time, but I'm lucky if I get two months out of it now. I have used it for several years, but I'll find another brand.
