I NEVER leave reviews - positive or negative. However, this product requires an exception. I loved the old brow styler and tip in Stud. Used it for years and years and years. However, used the last of my old version and got out the new 1 mm tip - and I'm so disappointed. It kept breaking during application - and doesn't glide and fill anywhere near like the old version. I'm begging you MAC, please bring back the old version!! I will be switching exclusively to the Dior brow styler until MAC can bring back a quality version of this product. Very, very, very disappointing. Don't buy. You'll be disappointed as well based on quality vs cost.

As a girlie with no eyebrows, this has been my go to product for years! When my old faithful pencil ran out, I of course went promptly to replace it. HUGE MISTAKE!! They have replaced the old product with a dry, brittle, over priced piece of garbage with half the product for the same price. My old pencil used to glide on smooth and last for months. This one lasted 2 weeks, and I wasted a bunch of it because all it does is break. Whoever product tested this and thought it was an improvement should be fired immediately. Looks like I will be shopping for a new brand.

I really wanted to love this one.Absolutely Loved the original formula. These break way too easy. Opened it the first time and a big chunk broke off. It was empty within a week. I need more stability in my brow pencil.

I've used Spiked faithfully for over a decade and couldn't be more disappointed in the recent changes made to it. Like everyone else said, I feel that I completely wasted my money. Spiked used to last for months, this new mess lasted maybe 4 applications because the tip is so tiny and fragile it breaks off as soon as I try to apply it- over and over. I'm so upset I can't find my receipt for a refund. MAC literally forced me to purchase a Benefit liner. If the change to a product makes your faithful customers resort to buying a competitors brand, then it's time to switch back. We're not just all crazy, trust me these bad reviews are here for a reason, unfortunately.
