I've used Spiked faithfully for over a decade and couldn't be more disappointed in the recent changes made to it. Like everyone else said, I feel that I completely wasted my money. Spiked used to last for months, this new mess lasted maybe 4 applications because the tip is so tiny and fragile it breaks off as soon as I try to apply it- over and over. I'm so upset I can't find my receipt for a refund. MAC literally forced me to purchase a Benefit liner. If the change to a product makes your faithful customers resort to buying a competitors brand, then it's time to switch back. We're not just all crazy, trust me these bad reviews are here for a reason, unfortunately.

I like the original. It would last a lot longer. This one is much smaller and much less product for a higher price. It would be nice if they kept the original and gave people the option to choose this one. I've bought this product for years so it's unfortunate that I have to find a new one. I hope Mac actually listen to their customers because this product use to have a high average now the most recent reviews reflect the disappointment and is an accurate representation.

The newer style pencil is terrible. They were dry and brittle and chalky. I will not buy them again. My old discontinued pencil had more moisture than the new pencils.

This brow pencil was my first pencil when I started getting into makeup back in 2015. I kept repurchasing and repurchasing until I noticed the formula became a little too dry and kept breaking off so I stopped using it. However I will be repurchasing it on my next vacation.
I really liked this but...
I really liked this eye pencil. I got the color Fling and it went well with my blue eyes, light mainly cool skin, and dark blonde hair. It goes on easily and looks great. That said, first problem was that it only lasted me a month, and I did not even use it every day. Second problem is that it breaks very easily, which of course tends to make it not last as long as other pencils. It was great for traveling, very small to carry in a purse or makeup bag in a suitcase. I may buy it again or may not. I would like to find a similar color in a brand that does not break and lasts longer than this.
