I've used this product for years in the shade Spiked and always loved it — but since they changed the formula, it's terrible. It breaks constantly, even when I roll out just a small amount. What a waste of money! Unfortunately, I didn't realize how bad it was until it was too late to request a refund. Very disappointed and won't be purchasing again.

This used to be my absolute favorite pencil. Now they make it thin and fine and with less amount so it basically runs out in a week. FOR $24. Mac has really lost it. This is robbery. How do you charge so much for a pencil that now last a week. you drastically reduce size from 0.03 ounces to 0.01. Crazy!! Then they came out with MAC Shape + Shade Brow Tint, which was great, now they discontinued this too. Will definitely loose long term customer. Now im in between different brand trying to find the right color do my eyebrows. Definitely not good business decision on Mac part as plenty of customers are complaining.

Not enough to last like the last one
I agree with the negative comments about the new spiked repackaging. The company definitely changed their product and the amount used with each product. I was going to purchase another one because I noticed it finished rather quickly but saw the reviews and noticed nearly everyone experiencing the same thing. Ill be using the BENEFIT cosmetics brand unless they bring the older product back on their line.

One purchase I regret making. I usually order the older spiked brow pencil but noticed it's no longer in production so I decided to try this one. I've worn it about five times within the past three weeks and now it's empty! I don't understand why it doesn't last nearly as long as the older brow pencil and constantly breaks? I'm extremely disappointed. It's also a hassle to get in touch with someone in customer service and return for a refund.
