Shopping Around for a replacement
I have ALWAYS loved MAC eyebrow pencils but enough is enough. There is far lesa product causing me to replace far too often and on top of that is breaks easily when shading because its so thin! Spiked matches my brows perfectly but I cant replace tbis pencil every 3 weeks ans thata not even with daily use. Over it!
Need to find another eyebrow pencil...This is AWFUL!
I've been a loyal user of this eyebrow pencil for years and truly loved it, which is why I was so disappointed to see it replaced. MAC, I hope you'll take customer feedback into account here. This new version feels like a step back — it's much thinner, contains noticeably less product, and breaks easily, which leads to a lot of waste. I genuinely hope you'll consider bringing back the original or offering both options. Longtime customers like me would really appreciate it.

I really hate these new eyebrow pencils. I've been using MAC for 10+ years and always loved their brow pencils but the new thin easily breakable tip is just not it. I have started looking at other brands to use because of this. I really wish the old shape would come back. Losing customers over this change. My sis has switched too..The only good thing is the color.
CHANGE IT BACK
This is AWFUL. PLEASE change it back to the old pencil. You can't possibly be saving that much money by the amount you reduced this. You'll lose more customers this way. SO BAD please. Loyal customers are BEGGING.

I have been a faithful user of their eyebrow pencil for YEARS. loved it. and they replace it with this?????? ITS TERRIBLE. MAC listen to your customers please? Clearly this is NOT it. Or at least keep both options? This is WAY too thin and you get way less product. It breaks so easily so you end up wasting most of it. It is SO BAD.
