It is a decent WP mascara. Impossible to get a nice saturated line that BLACKSTACK gave to line the eyes. The brush is one I would never choose-absolutely dislike this type of brush. The product does flake regardless of what is said. BLACKSTACK DID NOT. Up For Everything stays on much better but I find when wearing it there are times the tips of my eyelashes rub the top of my eyelids and leave eyelash lines. MAC mascara lost its its selling point in my make-up routine by discontinuing several FANTASTIC mascarasand replaced with much lesser quality mascara. The only reason I continue buying is because of the intense black pigment in the mascara-no other like it-and thoughthe mascara quality and selling points have significantly decreased, it's still better than all others- and I've tried everything from Clinique to Dior! Don't compare but neither does any mascara MAC has created in the last 8-10 years...MAC has lost its touch. They should offer every mascara with a CHOICE OF WHICH TYPE OF BRUSH CUSTOMER PREFERS. Also, EACH MASCARA SHOULD HAVE A MASCARA CAP THAT PROPERLY REMOVES SO MUCH EXCESS THAT GOOPS OUT EVERY TIME THE MASCARA WAND IS REMOVED THAT THEN HAS TO BE SCRAPED OFF-QUICKLY DRYING OUT MASCARA AND WASTING CUSTOMER MONEY AND MASCARA LIFESPAN. This has always seemed to me, a way to cheat customers and I've found it rather dishonest and without customer satisfaction in mind. So, in summary, I use this mascara because it is the best in comparison to others I've tried...I don't use this mascara because I like it or because I'm satisfied with the results it provides.

I'm a big laugh-crier, everytime I laugh my eyes water and because of my specific eyeshape, moisture tends to gather and smudge any eye makeup I've applied for the day. So I'm big on waterproof mascara and eyeliner. This mascara has done me well, doesn't smudge or raccoon my eyes. For sure stackable, but it will get spidery if you don't separate the mascara with a clean eyelash applicator. However this is my experience with most waterproof mascaras, so you take the wins where you can get them. Would recommend.

The one product Mac has yet to perfect is waterproof mascara. This mascara is terrible. It immediately flakes onto your face and into your eyes. I have purchased more than one so I know it's not that I got a bad batch. It is also NOT waterproof. The only mascara I bother to wear is waterproof and it is the only non Mac product I use.

Mascara survived my whole wedding day! The south carolina weather stood no chance. Flawless application, beautiful lashes in raw photos. Love the brush, no clumps. I literally washed my face in the shower with a face wash and it still stayed on untill I used make up remover!!
