Start by thoroughly brushing your teeth to prepare for the whitening treatment. Apply 0.5 ml of teeth whitening gel to each side of the mouth guard, ensuring even coverage. Insert the mouth guard into your mouth and turn it on to activate the whitening process. Allow the treatment to work for 10 minutes. Afterward, remove the mouth guard and rinse your mouth thoroughly. I haven't been able to whiten my teeth in years! Those whitening strips and everything else I've tried feels like an electric shock to my teeth. But not this! I'm on my 3rd day and I'm so happy with it. I noticed the whitening with tue first use. I had myself prepared for the shocking pain but there is no pain at all.
