Flawed tray design
So this doesn't work. The flaw is in the mouth tray. It's slick and flat. The tray needs to have better indents to hold the whitening product. As soon as you put the whitening gel on and put the piece in your mouth, the gel slides down and ends up not even being on your teeth. I even tried with putt...

This is my first time ever reviewing a product. I have crazy sensitive teeth and have never found a whitening product that didn't make me miserable''until now. I have completed four applications so far with ZERO tooth sensitivity. My teeth are already markedly whiter. I applied the gel directly to my teeth with a q tip prior to inserting the tray to avoid gum irritation that I saw in some reviews. I have had no problems. I really love this!

Pretty easy to use, saw results after a few days. Not the movie star bright white result, but my teeth do look whiter after just using 4 times.It is a little difficult to not swallow while tray is in, so you might drool on yourself a little lol
