Start by opening the envelope and removing the teeth-cleaning finger wipe. Extend your index finger and slip the wipe onto it with the brush side facing up, ensuring the longer side is positioned toward your teeth. Gently wipe the surface of your teeth using the longer side to clean and freshen your smile. Once finished, remove the wipe from your finger and dispose of it properly. After thoroughly brushing your teeth to prepare for the whitening treatment. Apply 0.5 ml of teeth whitening gel to each side of the mouth guard, ensuring even coverage. Insert the mouth guard into your mouth and turn it on to activate the whitening process. Allow the treatment to work for 10 minutes. Afterward, remove the mouth guard and rinse your mouth thoroughly. For best results, repeat this routine daily for up to 7 days to achieve a noticeably whiter smile.
