To begin, fill the reservoir with lukewarm water and adjust the pressure settings to your comfort level. Aim the nozzle between your teeth and along the gumline, moving systematically to ensure a thorough clean. For best results, use the water flosser daily as part of your oral care routine. After you finish flossing, press the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the screen. Once the screen is off, hold down the “M” button for 2 seconds until “UV Time Off” appears. Then press the power button again to start the 120-second UV sanitizing timer.

I've had this unit for 3 months, I decided to use it for the first time last week, it works ok, but the tip keeps popping up n water leaks everywhere, no matter what tip Inuse it's the same way, I've tried everything from the instructions to google, to YouTube, still doing the same thing, I tried to contact the company, but no response so I figure I'll leave a review as to what my issues are with hopes they will respond..

It's okay. The LED light needs to be brighter to see the different levels and water pressure could be stronger so that I don't floss twice to feel like I have a good cleaning.

This thing is very meet it has all the features you would want in a water floss or including the UV which I really don't know if that's actually a gimmick or something that really works. I do like the variable pressure and so far it works very well. My only concern is overall durability and reliability because it just seems like it's a little on the fragile side and the noise it makes is a little bit rough. I will keep this review updated but right now I'm comfortable with giving it 4 stars. It lacks the premium feel and look but functionally it's certainly doing the job.
Great for cleaning under implants

My mom had all of her bottom teeth removed a few years ago and replaced with implants that are placed on posts she had put into her mouth. The only issue she has faced since having this done is that food can get up and underneath of the implant, which isn't removeable by her. She had a previous water flosser, but it ended up broken when she was traveling with it earlier this year. This one has done a great job as a replacement, and she can't tell any difference in the amount of food she's still able to get removed.
