Start by breaking off about 18 inches of floss and wrapping most of it around one of your middle fingers, winding the rest around the opposite middle finger for control. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers, then gently guide it between your teeth using a soft rubbing motion. Curve the floss around each tooth and gently move it up and down, following the shape of the tooth to effectively remove plaque. Don’t forget to clean the back side of your last teeth for a complete clean.

It's the second best cleaner I have tried. I buy it whenever I can get my first choice. It works great for my sleep apnea oral appliance. It also works great for after braces/invisalign treatment retainers. Keeps them clean and fresh.

I think it might be a combination of the coating and the material itself, but it doesn't glide as well as normal thin floss because it is overall a bit thicker. Another downside is the flavor. It is almost a sweet minty flavor which is my least favorite flavor of mint. It doesn't leave your mouth feeling super minty fresh like other flosses, which is unfortunately a downside for me. Overall, the product is just alright.
