Pour 10-15ml of pulling oil into the provided measuring cup. Swish for 2 minutes, & gradually increase to 10 minutes. Discard the oil in the trash to avoid clogging pipes. Use on an empty stomach every morning for optimal results.

Not down the drain!
The mint was about the same as common mouthwash, but my mouth did feel fresher after spitting and rinsing. The instruction mentioned, but didn't emphasize that you have to spit in a trash can, rather than the sink. The tongue scraper was a bonus.

Excellent Oil Pulling Kit with Great Extras!
I've been using the GuruNanda Farmed Mint Oil Pulling Oral Rinse, and I'm very impressed with the overall quality. The mint flavor is refreshing without being overpowering, and it leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh after each use. I appreciate that it contains essential oils and vitamins, which makes it feel like a great addition to my oral care routine. Guru I also loved that it came with a toothbrush, a small cup, and a tongue scraper. These extras made it real easy to get started right away. Highly recommend!

Didn't know what to think at the beginning but a very unique process. Had no problem doing the 10 minutes from the first time. Very minty and refreshing. Teeth felt clean. Would recommend this product.
Spa day for your mouth
I drink coffee and was looking for something natural to cleanse my teeth and mouth after a day of coffee drinking. This all natural rinse does the trick. The oil consistency is different at first but after swishing for a minute it is nice and doesn't burn like other mouth washes. Made my mouth feel super fresh. Bonus tongue scraper and toothbrush made a great spa package for my nightly oral routine.

I have recently started my wellness journey. I discovered this rinse. I've learned how the ingredients promote gum health. The flavor is very mild. I could easily use this rinse everyday. I recommend this rinse to anyone for oral hygiene.

Am I able to get this without the tongue scraper? I already have one of my own and it makes me wonder if people are rebuying are you sending new scrapers every time? If they are stainless steel they should last forever

We do offer refill sizes that do not include a tongue scraper for customers who already have one. This particular size, however, is sold as a bundle, and the tongue scraper is always included as part of the package. While the scraper is made from stainless steel and is designed to be very durable, like any oral care tool, it may eventually need replacing over time due to regular use and hygiene preferences.
