I have taken 16 of these supplements (16 days)…and it hasn't made any difference in my hot flashes/sweats (I'd call them night sweats but they are occurring every 2-3 hours 24 hours a day.). I have this a shot. I do not suffer from night sweats or hot flashes but have the brain fog, fatigue and low libido associated with menopause. I noticed after taking this a few days that I started having stomach issues. I gave it a couple more weeks but it's just so hard feeling bad everyday on top of the meno symptoms. The nausea went away shortly after I stopped the meds.

I have tried numerous products for hot flashes, irritability and brain fog and this by far has helped. Hot flashes have decreased, irritability has greatly diminished, and the brain fog has lessened. I am finishing my second bottle and going to order monthly with good benefits so far. My work is pretty stressful and my anger has greatly diminished. Sexual drive is coming back, which has been in the toilet; luckily my husband is awesome and has been understanding.

I read the reviews that said 2 weeks -- for me it was almost exactly 4 weeks but at 2 weeks I noticed a decrease in the amount of hot flashes. I was having 10 to 20 a day and night and after 2 weeks, it was down to 3 to 5. After 4 weeks -- NONE! Amazing! I'm on the subscription plan now and I feel so much better! And, have recommended this to anyone and everyone!

I was previously taking a tincture, and I didn't notice any change. I would say about 2 to 3 weeks after taking this, I started to notice my mood shift, and libido slowly coming back. I am about six months in and when I forget to take it, I definitely can tell a difference. I'll keep using it!
