I have taken 16 of these supplements (16 days)…and it hasn't made any difference in my hot flashes/sweats (I'd call them night sweats but they are occurring every 2-3 hours 24 hours a day.). I read the reviews that said 2 weeks -- for me it was almost exactly 4 weeks but at 2 weeks I noticed a decrease in the amount of hot flashes. I was having 10 to 20 a day and night and after 2 weeks, it was down to 3 to 5. After 4 weeks -- NONE! Amazing! I'm on the subscription plan now and I feel so much better! And, have recommended this to anyone and everyone!

I was previously taking a tincture, and I didn't notice any change. I would say about 2 to 3 weeks after taking this, I started to notice my mood shift, and libido slowly coming back. I am about six months in and when I forget to take it, I definitely can tell a difference. I'll keep using it!

I started having pre-menopause symptoms in February—horrible night sweats, lack of sleep, etc. I saw my OBG, and he prescribed Veozah because I have a heart condition and cannot take the other options on the market. I received an email from Womaness advertising the me.no.pause option, so I tried it while waiting for my prescription to be approved. It took a full month for the Me.No.Pause pill to work, and suddenly, there were no more night sweats. I can sleep comfortably, stay asleep longer, and feel more energized. It has been a life changer. Ultimately, my insurance did not approve the Veozah, arguing that I was not eligible for it and that they would cover other options. I have been taking my pills daily, and I continue to feel great. I have not experienced a single episode of a hot flash since. THANK YOU for working on this amazing option for women!

Purchased on a whim. Came home and read reviews, took it the next day, on day 1 I only had one hot flash!!! I was having 30-50 a day! It felt constant!!! This supplement is literally AMAZING!!!! I only purchased it because my hot flashes were so bad, it's only been a couple weeks, not even done with first bottle and if I have one hot flash a day forever I can handle that! But most days I have NONE AT ALL!!! Don't wait, BUY THIS!!! Some people say it took a few weeks to work, but not for me, first pill/day1 it worked!!!!!
