Silly and a waste
I didn't get it for free like every other blasted review. It's not my cup of tea and honestly if you don't have acne or severe skin issues then this is a waste of a purchase. It's cool and fun, but honestly put your money into a savings account.

Prior to this, my skin is actually the best it has ever been. I have an extensive skin care routine, and I rarely break out. I purchased this device because I love Shark/Ninja products and I wanted to spoil myself. I followed the directions on the packaging on how to do the facial. this morning I woke up and I am broken out with tiny whiteheads all over my cheeks and under my eyes, as well as my forehead. These are not the places that I would typically break out. I don't even want to use it again as I'm not sure if it was irritation from the included products or from the device itself. I will be returning this. My skin looks awful. I work from home and am on Zoom all day, I don't want to look like a 13 year old going through puberty when I am in fact, 39.

I used as directed in the manual. This morning I woke up and am broken out with tiny whiteheads all over my cheeks and undereye area—which is not a place I would normally have a breakout. I don't even want to use it again because I'm not sure if it's the products included or the device itself. I plan to return. I WFH and have to be on Zoom all day. I don't want to look like I'm 13 going through puberty.

This is the one missing piece of ANY skin care .. the hot and cold features are to be used overtime you skin ritual starts.. and hydro face cleaning once a week !!

I didn't have a high expectations for this product, but it has improved my skin 100%. It is a must! It renews my skin, and people have told me that I look rejuvenated (just in two weeks) I've used just twice. I highly recommend it. Worth it every single penny!!!
