My package never arrived, but I can't contact customer service because they don't list their contact information anywhere. So if you ever end up missing a package just know that you will have no recourse to get it redelivered or refunded. It's pretty shady to have no customer service email or number...

I keep coming back to this supplement year after year since 2022. I've tried almost all other popular supplement brands on the market with adverse reactions only to realize that the Ritual 18+ multi is my "safe" supplement that I should stick with. I only wish this formula included B6, iodine, and zinc (and a slightly higher dose of iron). Alternatively, I'd be a devote consumer if Ritual also made a zinc/copper/selenium supplement!

I started taking Ritual when it first came out, noticed I felt better while taking it, but then ended up making some budget cuts when I moved out on my own. I'm back now though and glad to be taking it again although I don't remember the mint scent being quite so violent. :joy: Maybe materials changed. I've swapped over to the citrus scent and I'm hoping (along with a few others it seems like) citrus is added as an option for the men's multi, too, so I can get my husband on the Ritual train!
