I have taken 16 of these supplements (16 days)…and it hasn't made any difference in my hot flashes/sweats (I'd call them night sweats but they are occurring every 2-3 hours 24 hours a day.). Does this product solve all menopause-related issues? No. Has is given me measurable relief from hot flashes and sleepless nights? Absolutely. For me, it took about three weeks of daily doses to feel the full effect. And I don't have the anxiety connected to hormone replacement. So far, the cost is worth it.
Definitely, turns down the heat.

I went into this expecting it to be yet another waste of money. However, within four or five days, I realized I was less foggy and was speaking faster without having to search for words, which had been a concern. Since I've been dealing with fogginess and having trouble recalling words for years, I cannot imagine my experience is psychosomatic. The only complaint I have is with the auto reorder process. I keep getting emails telling me I have to order it, even though I'm signed up for reorder. Then, the reorder takes forever to arrive. I had to write to customer service last month because the order never left their post office, and now this month, my reorder is yet again sitting in the Kansas post office since yesterday I only have four pills left. The company charges a lot for shipping, but with this happening two months in a row, I don't think they should charge shipping on reorders at all.
