Not what I expected
I thought I would love this dryer from the start but I do not. Unfortunately my cheap revlon gives better volume and my hair is not any glossier or shinier! I have watched videos and read all the instructions and have used it for a week. I am going to keep trying but I am disappointed.

Great product!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This thing is amazing! I haven't used anything like it so I was worried it would be hard to use, but it is so user-friendly! I am trying to get all of my friends to buy it. There are multiple different settings.
Great but broke after 4 uses
I absolutely loved this, but unfortunately it started having electrical problems within a month if purchasing. I had to return it becsuse it stopped working all together
Works great, hate the massive plug
I got this when my Revlon styler broke. I was looking for something that was a step up and hopefull better build quality. For reference, I have a ton of thick, wavy hair. The styler does a great job on wet hair, a pretty good job on damp hair, and a decent job on my totally dry but unstyled hair. I find it takes longer to style my hair with the Shark than it did with the Revlon but the style stays SO much better with Shark. I use the exact same leave in conditioner, hair oil, and heat protector (for dry hair) as I did with the old styler so it's got to be the Shark that makes my hair hold the style. My one big complaint with this styler is the massive plug (i know hehe). It barely fits in my bathroom outlet the way the cord comes down out of the brick. When I've taken it other places, I've had to get an extension cord because it wouldnt fit in the outlet. And because it had one prong larger than the other, i cant flip it upside down. This is a feature I've never thought about before buying a hair tool but I will never forget to check again. And honestly, I would probably buy a different styler in the future because of it… there are other good ones out there that I wouldn't have to hunt down an extension cord for.
Great to manage frizz
I have thin, frizzy hair and this tool has been game changing. It smoothes the frizz and gives great volume.
Exceeded my expectations
I purchased this thinking it was just another "hot brush". My blowouts are so much smoother and take less time. Easy to use. My only real complaint is the size of the plug.
