Scoop a pea sized amount onto dry skin and gently massage in circular motions. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly. Follow with preferred second cleanser.

Good product but not the packaging
such a good product and works great but the packaging is just not it and the smell is not the best and a little sticky but overall such a good product and I so recommend.
Stinky!
This smells likeold deep fryer oil. It feels disgusting to put on your face because of the smell. And instead of "melting" your makeup, it just balls up and sticks to your face. Would not recommend!

It's like lathering your face in grease and expired oil. I recommend the Clinique cleansing balm 10000000% worth the investment.
Did its job but confused.
Honestly the only bad thing I have to say is I don't understand the packaging. It is misleading to say the least. When you look at it from the outside you feel like your getting a lot of product however when u open the lid it is a small cylinder of product which can be hard to get out easily. Maybe if they included a tool it could help. I just don't understand the large container with smaller container of product inside.
Not what expected
The product was stretchy and had a slime like consistency - not like most melting balms I've. And it had a chemical like smell to it ince applied almost like it was out of date or peoducts separated. I would not recommend.
