Why is the straw so short? How am supposed to get the rest of the product out?

This means there's no dip tube and the bottles use an inner piston to push the product to the top of the pack. Please be advised that unscrewing the pump may temporarily compromise the mechanism, since this will introduce air into the airless system. To dispense the product, we'd recommend re-attaching the pump securely and pumping the bottle until you’re able to consistently dispense the product, to remove any air bubbles that may now be present.Was this answer helpful to you

Terrible Container - Pump Is Inadequate
I had difficult getting this moistuizer to pump out of the bottle. I unscrewed the cap and discovered that the pump is extremely short. It just barely clears the inside of the cap and doesn't reach to the bottom of the bottle. This is the worst experience I've ever had and will not purchase any BYOMA products again. Wast eof money.
Good, lightweight moisturizer
I think this is a great, lightweight moisturizer for those who don't like heavy creams. The texture is beautiful, very lightweight, and works very well under makeup. The brand says that this product works for all skin types, but I personally think it would be better suited for people more on the oily side. For reference, I have more dry-leaning combination skin, and I really enjoyed this product as a daytime moisturizer during the summer, but found it didn't moisturize my skin enough during winter or nighttime. So if you have SUPER dry skin I probably wouldn't recommend this, but it's great for those who want a lightweight option.

I have super oily skin and this helps to keep it under control my face is not super greasy by noon. I just wish there was more, it seems like I'll be running out quick

I like this product is lightweight. Feels good on skin and gives that perfect hydration for the day.
