Om, Om, Om, for the BIOME!

The harsh winter elements of being stuck inside with the heat on high can create havoc for our skin, and oftentimes, using a facial wash with foaming capabilities is something I avoid for my dry skin type but BYOMA Creamy Jelly Cleanser not only cleanses dirt and pore-clogging factors but does so wh...

Byoma Creamy Jelly Cleanser arrived and I couldn't wait to try it. I'm in my 60's, have been in the Beauty Business for over 40 years and have used many over the counter and professional cleansers in my life. I'm always looking for a cleanser that is gentle, but also will remove my makeup fully (e...

I'm in need of a new face cleanser and I heard good things about BYOMA, so I bought this jelly cleanser. It didn't leave any bad reaction and did help with making my skin feeling nice and clean (I do have a normal skin type and it's not sensitive either). And it does remove most of my makeup but not very well. There's still some mascara/eye makeup residue even after I rinse it twice. And another thing, is that it doesn't covers my entire face well. Like I have to do 4 pumps of the cleanser to be able to cover my whole face which is not ideal since I wanted to last long, especially at the price that I paid for. I will continue to use this product, but won't buy it again.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Not hydrating!

I don't know who wrote the description for this cleanser but whomever labeled it "ultra hydrating" lied! It is the opposite. It leaves your face feeling dry and stripped, and bot at ALL hydrated. It is also irritating to the eyes. There are way better cleansers out there especially if you have combo or dry skin.

SO DRYING, even on oily skin!

I've had oily skin my whole life, and never had a problem with a cleanser being too drying. My skin feels completely stripped every time I use this-- not sure how it is "barrier-restoring" or "moisturizing"; it feels like a cheap alcohol cleanser. I have to apply 3 different moisturizers after for it to feel better. I can't imagine what it would do to dry skin. It does remove makeup at least, but not very well. I like the pump and the value for the size, but pointless when the product isn't good.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
