Why is the straw so short? How am supposed to get the rest of the product out?

This means there's no dip tube and the bottles use an inner piston to push the product to the top of the pack. Please be advised that unscrewing the pump may temporarily compromise the mechanism, since this will introduce air into the airless system. To dispense the product, we'd recommend re-attaching the pump securely and pumping the bottle until you’re able to consistently dispense the product, to remove any air bubbles that may now be present.Was this answer helpful to you

Lightweight and hydrating
I've been using this as part of my night-time skin care routine. It's lightweight and I love the hydration it gives my skin while I sleep. The creamy gel formula dissolves into your skin easily and doesn't feel greasy.
I would buy this again
I really liked this moisturizer. Its light but still moisturizing. And I love that it also brightens my skin a bit too. It also did not break me out like other face lotions have done in the past.
I will buy again and again
I tend to get very dry skin on my fave from my prescription acne creams. The lotion I was using helped but made my face look and feel oily. This lotion by byoma is very hydrating and keeps my face flake free without making it look and feel greasy/oily. Does not cause breakouts. I pair this with the de puff eye cream as well.
Great product for getting into skincare!
This has been a fantastic moisturizer while starting my skincare journey. Feels lightweight and absobs really well into the skin. I love the pump since it helps me avoid using too much. I have oily skin that is prone to cystic acne so I needed something that could balance hydration without clogging my pores. I will keep repurchasing since its so affordable too.
Pump won't work
Got it brand new & the pump wouldnt dispense any out no matter how many times i tried or what i did. I literally felt stupid & like i was doing something wrong. Looked it up & apparently this is a common issue.. Not worth the hassle to get it out without a pump & for the price 🤧 its being returned
