Why is the straw so short? How am supposed to get the rest of the product out?

This means there's no dip tube and the bottles use an inner piston to push the product to the top of the pack. Please be advised that unscrewing the pump may temporarily compromise the mechanism, since this will introduce air into the airless system. To dispense the product, we'd recommend re-attaching the pump securely and pumping the bottle until you’re able to consistently dispense the product, to remove any air bubbles that may now be present.Was this answer helpful to you

Moisturizer with great ingredients
I developed adult-onset allergy to a common preservative (propylene glycol/propanediol) in skincare/makeup so it's been a rough few months trying to find products that work. I wanted a daily moisturizer with niacinamide, since from experience it really makes my skin glowy, and also ceramides, which I heard helps with pore size. I also prefer oil-free since a lot of the oils used in moisturizers dry my skin out (oils don't actually hydrate, but I feel like they pull out all of the natural oils in my skin). I wear this during the day; I use prescription retinoid at night and use a different basic/cheaper moisturizer at night because I like to be generous with it and really pile it on, and this moisturizer is a bit too small in size for that. It does not pill even under two layers of sunscreen and works well under makeup. Might need a heavier one for the winter time but for spring/summer I will definitely repurchase this one!
Bottle purposefully misleading
They made the bottle smell so nice to get you to buy it when the actual product smells like generic crap. This review is petty, but it was misleading.

I'm 48, combo, slightly oily tzone. I've used very expensive Korean moisturizer skincare and this line is actually very well done. My gripes are: too much packaging; impossible to dispense All of the products from the various containers, & for the price, BYOMA may as well just put 3.4oz in a bottle & charge double. It's still a screaming deal for a really good product. Granted, I have to use more of this than I did my $100/ 3.4oz Korean moisturizer, but it's a very nice, non greasy moisturizer that I highly recommend! ☺️
Texture & a forehead full of bumps
This moistruizer feels really nice, the texture and scent are great. However i started breaking out on my forehead with tons of small closed comodomes after about two weeks of use, i have a lot of texture. Previously my skin was smooth, i looked at reviews and theres a few others with similar comments. Upon research it looks like Oleic acid may be a culprit which is in the middle of the ingredient list. This is the only new thing i have changed in my skincare routine. So i would stay far away!
Ok moisturizer.
I have seen this being raved about on tiktok and decided to try it. Its a decent moisturizer but leaves a super dewy look. Not my preferred finish already having oily skin, this being my major drawback. If this had a more satin/matte finish, it would be a great moisturizer.
