I am obsessed with this toner! Its hydrating like a milky toner but is not too heavy, not heavy at all actually. Makes your skin silky smooth and gives you a great glow!! This toner is the real deal. It's not just like spritzing rose water on your face. If you have sensitive or dry skin or just picky/red/irritated skin due to whatever, this could be your best friend. I put it in my palm and pat it on my face. I let it mostly dry before moisturizer. I think it really helps reduce redness and balances and gives light moisture. Kind of silently magical!
