I have extremely sensitive and reactive skin; even micellar water seems to sting and burn. I bought this on a whim after feeling like I would never find a face cleanser that didn't sting, make my face red, or make my skin feel so tight. Amazing! Please don't ever discontinue this. It's so rare to find a cream cleanser that makes your skin feel clean, yet not stripped, but more importantly, rinses off the skin fast. Most cream ones take so long to get the slimy feel off. This one rinses away so clean and it is such a lovely formula! I loved the Multi-Calm Body Wash for months now-this will be on Subscription as well. It's so good.

I was really excited for this cleanser to release, I've used it only few times and I can't really tell if it's calming my skin/redness down at all, I also can't tell if it's truly hydrating enough, my dry flakes come back within few seconds or so, I have dry sensitive skin. My face was still red on my cheeks. But the ingredients they have in this cleanser are good, maybe this product just isn't for me.

I just got this and only used it twice but I'm already obsessed. It is so creamy and cleansing but it leaves my face soft not stripped. I have oily skin but also rosacea and I still love this. It doesn't make me more oily at all. Just perfectly cleansed and soft 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
