I've been a Lola customer since 2017

Before using Lola, I would just buy the cheapest products out there to save money. I absolutely hated when my period would make its appearance. I would have extremely painful vaginal cramps, my exhaustion level was maxed out, and I was always so irritable and moody towards my husband without meaning... to be. I was also very irregular (which became worse after having kids), and I would get so excited when I would miss a month, or 3, or 6, even though I knew it probably wasn't a good thing I was missing so many periods. My irregularity finally prompted me to see a doctor. I found out that I had Hypothyroidism, which I then learned a lot of women develop thyroid issues after having children, and it could mostly be to blame for my periods being so irregular. I decided to make the switch to organic period products. I found out about Lola through Facebook ads shortly after using Google to search for "organic tampons". Funny how that works... The positives I experienced soon after making the switch: My painful vaginal cramps were gone. I do get occasional abdominal cramps {which I've never experienced before) but they are definitely way more manageable and no longer crippling. I can now do normal activities without feeling like I'm being torn apart and no longer need period cramp medication to barely help get me through the day. My exhaustion wasn't nearly as bad. I was no longer sleeping for all hours of the day and night, Most importantly, I immediately became more regular than I ever was in my menstrual journey. Then, to top it all off, after using Lola for a few months and enjoying the amazing benefits from their products, I finally received my thyroid medication, which was basically icing on the cake. I was practically a new person within 6 months of that doctor visit. Getting checked is ultimately what pushed me to change the way I took care of my body and Lola was the first step in that new journey. My daughters are nearing that age now, and I've already started to stock up on Lola pads for them. Thank you so much Lola for creating these wonderful and affordable products!
