Unwrap the pad and place adhesive side down firmly onto your underwear. Remove the paper from the wings and wrap them around your underwear to secure. Change every 4 to 6 hours, or more often as needed. Do not flush.

I'm extremely careful about the products I use and avoid anything with toxic chemicals and heavy metals. Most of the feminine care industry honestly disgusts me. The vagina is most porous and absorptive part of our body. Yet pretty much ALL BRANDS have been compromised with heavy metal contamination. Except Lola. They seem to be one of the only brands that actually takes purity and transparency seriously. As I get closer to 40, quality and safety matter more to me, so I've also switched to pads after using tampons most of my life. I prefer not having something sitting inside my body for hours. So far Lola has delivered clean products, and I hope they keep it that way to maintain my trust.

Been using for years. Love it. If I had an issue, it would be that the wings rip off when the pad is removed, so I have to then take off the wings separately. But that's not a big deal. The adhesive on the pads used to be much stronger and that was bad, because it would ruin some of my underwear. But haven't had any issue in the last several months, so I think they fixed that issue. So yes. I won't be canceling my subscription any time soon.
