Tear open the package and remove the patch. Peel off the paper backing and adhere the sticky side to your underwear or clothing over the area of discomfort, typically the lower abdomen or lower back. Do not place directly on skin. The soft side of the patch should face outward. Use immediately after opening and dispose after use.
