Works very well
I have acne treatments and this product helps very well to maintain my face hydrated
The new formula is a fail.
I have been using this product for years due to my eczema and sensitive dry skin. The original formula had a soft pillowy texture and was more of a true gel like cream. This new formula is watered down, not as hydrating, too runny and does not have the same benefits. Avene if you actually care about your customers' feedback, go back to the original formulation.
Changed the formula!!
They ruined the best moisturizer by changing the formula. I have super sensitive, dry, eczema skin. The old formula never burned the new one does and it makes my skin irritated and flaky now. Please change it back!
What the heck happened!
I used this moisturizer for years with great results. This new formula ruined a perfectly good reliable moisturizer. Save your money!
Disappointed with new formula
Very disappointed with new formula. They added a fragrance that made my eyes tear. I loved the previous version and would buy frequently for myself and mother. The Ulta cashier accepted my return without an issue and provided a few recommendations.
