It wasn't broke! Why did you try to fix it?
I have been using Biolage Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner for years and loved it! My hair was always shiny, manageable, and smooth. The new formula feels like it doesn't rinse out. My hair feels greasy and as if it's been coated with wax. I HATE the new formula and will be switching brands.

Formula change
Biolage changed their formula when they changed the packaging… they claim they did not. It does not cleanse my hair properly or leave the volume that it used to. I have yet to find a shampoo that cleanses well while leaving my fine curly/wavy hair soft.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Overall good, I enjoy the sweet smell of the shampoo - just keep in mind it doesn't lather up and get super sudsy like other shampoos. Rinses out easy. Hair feels clean and refreshed! I have wavy/curly hair that tends to frizz, and this does seem to tame it a bit. Much needed hydration, especially in the winter!

They changed the formula... very sneaky biolage... I have been using this shampoo & conditioner for 5 years. It always made my hair healthy and hydrated. First use of the new bottle I knew it changed. My hair was so dry the top of my head was a little matted. Crazy difference. I hope the money savings was more than your loss of customers. Good luck at your end of year sales 😂
