It wasn't broke! Why did you try to fix it?
I have been using Biolage Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner for years and loved it! My hair was always shiny, manageable, and smooth. The new formula feels like it doesn't rinse out. My hair feels greasy and as if it's been coated with wax. I HATE the new formula and will be switching brands.

This is the only shampoo I use…
As I've gotten older, my hair has become much dryer- yes, partially due to using styling tools, but also as a result of changes in metabolism. While I always use a leave in conditioner to help with the effects from heat, the owner of my salon suggested also using a hydrating shampoo. This product has been the best for my hair…always leaving it shiny, never experiencing any static even during the cold winter months when air indoors tend to be exceptionally dry.
I have bought it for a few years now and never disappointed.
