It wasn't broke! Why did you try to fix it?
I have been using Biolage Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner for years and loved it! My hair was always shiny, manageable, and smooth. The new formula feels like it doesn't rinse out. My hair feels greasy and as if it's been coated with wax. I HATE the new formula and will be switching brands.

Drying, frizzy
This shampoo leaves my hair pretty dry and stripped… After washing it out in the shower and pairing w the conditioner I could already tell it was drying because of how knotty and hard to detangle my hair was and almost "squeaky" clean. It left my hair frizzy and poofy in the morning. Also, didn't like the smell—very synthetic and odd
Perfect for fine hair

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love this shampoo. I get build up from products SO easily on my scalp and didn't have to worry about it when I used this shampoo. It clarified my scalp without leaving it dry and flaky, leaving my strands hydrated and so smooth! I have dry hair so this was perfect and so hydrating.

I really love this shampoo! I have been using the youth lock shampoo for a few years but recently it just hasnt been doing it for me so i tried this one and its so good. It lathers so much better than the joico one and i feel like it actually cleans my hair! Smells really good and makes my hair so smooth. :)
Formula change
Biolage changed their formula when they changed the packaging… they claim they did not. It does not cleanse my hair properly or leave the volume that it used to. I have yet to find a shampoo that cleanses well while leaving my fine curly/wavy hair soft.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Overall good, I enjoy the sweet smell of the shampoo - just keep in mind it doesn't lather up and get super sudsy like other shampoos. Rinses out easy. Hair feels clean and refreshed! I have wavy/curly hair that tends to frizz, and this does seem to tame it a bit. Much needed hydration, especially in the winter!
