Is the detangler Biolage and the conditioner the same thing? By the way the sign to buy one and get one half off was in front of the large sizes, misleading to me and the customer in line at check out, misleading and misrepresenting the product, when asked, said to read the small print. The other customer put her things back, I went ahead and bought mine but wonder if I bought the right thing, conditioner when I was looking for detangler?

Hi. What should I be using for fine , very dry/damaged hair? I also go to the pool a lot do will need something good at getting chlorine out. My hair falls out easily too. I had the ulta hydra source conditioner which was ok. But then I read it is for thick hair which I don't have, so I got the detangling solution instead . But that one doesn't seem to moisture my hair very good it is still dry. What should I be getting?
