Use 1-3 pumps based on hair thickness, emulsify in hands for a lather, then massage into scalp and rinse.
For a deeper cleanse, repeat. You may notice an adjustment period where your hair feels oilier than usual as it detoxes from previous products.

I've been using the Bondi Boost HG Shampoo for a few weeks and noticed less shedding and healthier, shinier hair. I love the clean ingredients and scalp-stimulating feel. Not a miracle, but definitely worth trying if you're dealing with thinning hair.

Excess hair shedding
This had the opposite effect on my hair than what it's marketed for. It did an ok jon at cleaning my hair. Lots of hair shedding, especially in the shower. I already have fine, thin density hair so its been a little alarming to see the clump of hair I lose after showering. I'll finsih the bottles but I would never repurchase.
