BondiBoost recommends using 3 times per week for optimal results. Massage a small amount into wet hair, lather and then rinse. Repeat as necessary. Can be used daily or every other day if desired. Excess hair shedding
This had the opposite effect on my hair than what it's marketed for. It did an ok jon at cleaning my hair. Lots of hair shedding, especially in the shower. I already have fine, thin density hair so its been a little alarming to see the clump of hair I lose after showering. I'll finsih the bottles but I would never repurchase.

Less Fall-Out After A Week

I've been using Bondi Boost HG For Thinning Hair since early 2024 and have noticed less fall-out. If used consistently, there is barely any hair that falls out in the shower. My scalp doesn't feel dry or oily with daily use but because this doesn't contain sulfate, I still use a clarifying shampoo every other day to deeply clean my scalp and hair and it doesn't affect the effectiveness of this shampoo. My hair looks quite shiny and soft even after one use and that's without conditioner. It has a faint smell of chemicals mixed with mint but it doesn't last after my hair is dry. I didn't use this shampoo for a month and it took that long for my hair to start falling out again. I highly recommend this shampoo
