BondiBoost recommends using 3 times per week for optimal results. Massage a small amount into wet hair, lather and then rinse. Repeat as necessary. Can be used daily or every other day if desired. Follow with the Growth Conditioner for optimal results. My hair felt like straw after shampooing
This might work to regrow hair. I wouldn't know. After shampooing (and I tried it 4 times), my hair tangled and felt like straw. I have used clarifying shampoos that never left my hair like this. I needed a deep conditioner to get my hair untangled.
