Peel and place one patch on affected area like abdomen or lower back. Patch may be worn up to 8 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard. Use no more than 3-4 times daily. For ages 12+.
They designed their adhesive to stay put for up to 8 hours. Avoid use if you have sensitive skin or know you are sensitive to adhesive-containing products. Like other adhesive products, you can ease removal by taking off during a shower or bath, pulling off quickly, pulling off parallel to your body (as opposed to up and away), and trimming hairy spots prior to use.
Active Ingredients: Menthol (5%). Inactive Ingredients: 2-Propenoic Acid, 2-Methyl-, Methyl Ester, Polymer With Ethenyl Acetate And 2-Ethylhexyl 2-Propenoate, Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga Racemosa).

I bought these for my granddaughter and in a hurried message she told me that they really did help her. She did have to miss any classes at all!! So I'm assuming she like them a lot. She will tell me when to order more!!!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
put it on the designated areas and all it did to my skin was burn it and didnt do anything for period relief.
My go-to forever
My period pains are so bad that I can't go out of bed without a combo of Ibuprofen and Tylenol and without taking those every 4 hours, so they're BAD! I don't lie when I say this patch makes such a difference, and the fact that I can also sleep with it on it makes my life so much better. My skin is left on the reddish side when I take it off, of course, but it's nothing a good moisturizer won't fix overnight. Probably it's trickier if your skin is more on the sensitive side, please keep this in mind. It helps me a lot and thank you for making this!!
