Peel and place one patch on affected area like abdomen or lower back. Patch may be worn up to 8 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard. Use no more than 3-4 times daily. For ages 12+.
They designed their adhesive to stay put for up to 8 hours. Avoid use if you have sensitive skin or know you are sensitive to adhesive-containing products. Like other adhesive products, you can ease removal by taking off during a shower or bath, pulling off quickly, pulling off parallel to your body (as opposed to up and away), and trimming hairy spots prior to use.
Active Ingredients: Menthol (5%). Inactive Ingredients: 2-Propenoic Acid, 2-Methyl-, Methyl Ester, Polymer With Ethenyl Acetate And 2-Ethylhexyl 2-Propenoate, Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga Racemosa).

I would not purchase again
Brought it for the first time in my last order and put it on during my time of the month and it did not work for me I would not recommend this at all! It was hard even pulling it off of my stomach or back when I used it. I honestly had high hopes for this but it did not do the job.

I was skeptical at first if these patches would actually work/stay on my skin/etc.. Well, they indeed DO work, fast and long acting! stays on my skin nicely even with skin sensitivity!! I am a forever customer now!!
Works! BUT…
My cycle came around and the cramps were unbearable. I usually take OTC medication like Advil, Tylenol, etc. I'm trying to be more conscious of what I put in my body so I picked up this gal. It works! Pain relief was almost immediate. I put on right before bed (when my cramps are the worst), and woke up 8 hours later. Time to take the patch off and found that it took some of my skin off with it. Overall, product works great- removal process was painful.
