L-Theanine and Maca not for me
I don't want to discount a product because I'm the odd minority, but it might be worth saying for others that Maca and L-Theanine are like coffee for me. I took this supplement without reading all the ingredients (that was stupid of me, not Sakara's fault) and I was literally up all night, exhausted...

Terrible experience
Took the two pills about 30 minutes before I went to bed after a hot bath. Almost immediately I felt the effect: very strong strange feelings in my mind but did not make me sleep or even come close. I had to lie there and ride it out for two hours, was a nightmare. I never felt sleepy at all. Far from it. After the two hours, the effects finally went away without helping me sleep. I normally take a prescription drug whose name I was not allowed to put in this review for some reason. Is very widely used. I was hoping this could be a replacement.

I love Sakara products and have bought many and subscribe to the programs, but I'm disappointed to write that this product did the opposite of sending me to sleep. It made me feel buzzy, similar to drinking coffee before bed. I would not recommend.

Who knows if the product is any good - hard to tell if you see a difference. But I will say the packaging is probably where half the cost is coming from. Sakara could stand to get rid of of all of it and put it in a glass container or some other material like all the other green forward companies with no extra box and fancy screw cap.
