Favorite sleep aid
I, like many, have tried TONS of sleep aid supplements looking for one that can check all the boxes & I have FOUND IT!! NightService not only comes in a pretty glass jar that compliments any night stand but it works just as good as it looks. As a night owl, I have learned to take this supplement abo...

L-Theanine and Maca not for me
I don't want to discount a product because I'm the odd minority, but it might be worth saying for others that Maca and L-Theanine are like coffee for me. I took this supplement without reading all the ingredients (that was stupid of me, not Sakara's fault) and I was literally up all night, exhausted...

Melatonin gives me nightmares so I try to opt for the magnesium supplements. I stumbled across these during a sale and figured why not try them! I was having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. It's recommended to take for at least 12 weeks to start seeing consistent results, 60 capsules per jar and you take x2 before bed. So they do try to hook you into a couple months worth. I think its worth it. Clean and natural ingredients, the packaging feels somewhat luxurious (not that packaging matters THAT much, but to me it does xD)
Overpriced melatonin
Had high expectations. Doesn't really do much for me. Not worth the price.
Restorative sleep
I'm using it for about a week. It does not help to fall asleep but the days I took this prior bedtime, I had a restorative sleep. I can wake up after 6h of sleep better than I would sleeping 8h/10h without this supplement.
Has Rhodiola rosea in it.
Rhodiola rosea is typically recommended to be taken in the morning or early afternoon. This timing is suggested because it may have stimulating effects, which could interfere with sleep if taken later in the day.
Results varied
Taking them doesn't really seem to help me fall asleep but it does seem i get a little bit more restful sleep once I do finally fall asleep
