I tried this product for 7 days straight and it was gifted by Hum. Overall I really enjoyed it. I noticed that my sleep felt more restful and I woke up with better energy and vitality, which made starting my mornings so much easier. The product also claims to help with skin cell turnover, texture, and tone, but I think it's still too early for me to notice visible changes in my skin after just one week. I'll need more time to see if those benefits show up. One thing I really like is the packaging, the bottle looks sleek and feels nice on my nightstand, it helps me to remember to take 2 gel capsules right before bedtime as instructed. So far I'm happy with the sleep support it gives me and curis to see longer-term results!

I have been trying this Hum vitamins Complimentary from hum and overall I really like them and recommend. They are a easy to swallow and don't feel any adverse side effects from them definitely saw improvement in my sleeping habits
