Love the little pouches for convenience! Not sure yet on effectiveness but so far seems to be a good substitute for a snack. Issue is the horrible stevia! :( It turns a perfectly fine flavor into a chemical taste for no good reason. Honey has healing properties, fruit or cane sugar in that small of an item would surely be fine, or just no sweetness would be better than dealing with that awful distinctive aftertaste, so please consider swapping out in future editions.
