This is an amazing product with no harmful ingredients. I'm glad I purchased it from Holland & Barrett, as I was able to check the full list of ingredients—there are no nasties or sweeteners. It's a shame they don't provide the full ingredient list on their website, otherwise, I probably wouldn't have bought it.

Love taking this at night. Noticed difference in skin, looks more youthful and brighter. Finger nails are in excellent condition. Menopause symptoms at night are slightly easier, but only been taking for a month, but really hopeful the hot sweats at night will ease. Totally recommend this product ❤️❤️
